Jorge Figueroa is a leadership speaker, executive coach, military veteran, and leadership consultant who helps organizations develop leaders capable of navigating uncertainty, building trust, and leading across cultures.
Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Jorge attended the University of Central Florida on a U.S. Army ROTC scholarship before serving more than 20 years as an Army officer in leadership roles throughout the United States and multiple international deployments.
During his military career, he also earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
Following his military service, Jorge transitioned into corporate leadership, bringing his expertise in strategic leadership, team development, and cross-cultural collaboration to organizations operating in complex global environments.
Jorge is also a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, combining proven leadership principles with practical experience to help leaders strengthen communication, develop resilient teams, and create cultures built on trust and accountability.
